The product is more than adequate, but the customer service I received was terrible. I purchased the ORB-10 filter for use on a classic car. After ordering, I realized the threads were not standard, so I called up Aeromotive to help me get the correct fittings to adapt it to my fuel system. After 15-20 minutes on the phone, they told me if I wanted to use their 100 micron prefilter, I would have to do some serious work (as in - talk to a machine shop) to get the fittings I wanted. I wanted a prefilter but I didn't have the time to deal with it, so I put the project off until xmas break when I could get access to a machine shop. Xmas break comes along and I'm doing some research on their web site and it turns out they offer a similar product with standard NPT threads...for $80...WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL ME THIS WHEN I TALKED TO YOU ON THE PHONE!?! I want to buy the $80 aeromotive prefilter with NPT threads, but I'm seriously PISSED that I now have $200+ worth of equipment that I dont need and I could have easily returned if your customer service rep knew what the hell he was talking about. Not a happy customer.
