I like this product it does not fray like the braided wire i tried using however even though i havent fished with it yet i do recommend the 20 lb version for snelling it is a bit of a pain but i can be done and it will hold just fine i pulled on it a good number of times and it didnt fail once. just keep in mind that the windings wont be as tight or neat but it will work however i do not know about the verities availed all i can say try it and if it doesnt work clinch or climp.

This stuff is great. Been using the same leader for weeks. It doesn't kink like steel does so it lasts a long time. Never going back to step.

Harder to tie and cut than the old fashioned wire but it has held quite well.

I make weed guards for the flies I tie with this wire, it's perfect. I was using the the Knot2Kinky 18# test wire but can't seem to find it anywhere now so I tried this 20# test and I think it works better.

Broke trolling for wahoo at 12kts. Lost a Madmac and a Magtrack. Not flexible enough for this application. Went back to sevenstrand
