Besides my phone, this is the most crucial device I own. Sure it doesn’t cover my bald spot, but it does cover my butt. Being able have any detail from a conversation is critical. The quality, performance, and size are perfect and easy to use. I have been surprised by the battery life. It uses almost no battery when it’s just sitting and it’s easy to see the battery life in the app. As far as sound quality, it does a good job of picking up voices but the AI sometimes gets confused with overlapping voices. It got better with the update but there is still work to be done.

If you are undecided whether or not to buy this, just do it! I actually had this in my pocket once just to try it out, and the audio is as clear as day even thru the pocket of my jeans. The transcription is near flawless as well. I wish I had this sooner. Great purchase.

I had never heard of anything like this. I was looking for something to record meetings at a conference and I stumbled upon this. It not only records but also formats the recording into "meeting notes" complete with "action items" or whatever kind of format you choose. It is so helpful.Because I have ADD and trying to take notes and listen to a presentation is nearly impossible for me, this is just perfect. I got my son one for Christmas to help with his note-taking in college.

I’m learning.. original purchase was to transcribe recordings, records business phone calls and it does so much more!! The summary of conversations enlightens as well as suggestions and a check off “to do listâ€.It’s logical, eliminates feeling and emotions, which enables wiser thought process for me. LOL!!I would have purchased this product long ago if I knew it existed. Recommended!

It is very nice to be able to record a meeting or other conversations and summarize with a myriad of templates for output. There have been a few cases where I forgot to turn the device off and recorded for over five hours where I had to review the video and do custom cropping. I would think that this could be automatic features that would make this process a lot easier and also reduce the number of dead space that is involved. Currently any dead space utilizes AI minutes, but you have to purchase separately.

Great little recorder and it does a very good job on phone calls. In a large group, it is not separate out the noise from the conversations.

Love! Love! Love! This little device has been a lifesaver. I'm working on a complicated project with lots of moving parts, and it has helped me tremendously, but only when I remember to turn it on lolz.I love the feel on its case on the back of my phone. It's elegant and most of all discreet. I'm not a fan of subscription services however this one is totally fair for all it offers. I also like that 300 minutes are provided free per month, and there's an option for buying minute packages or subscribing monthly or yearly. Customers being able to decide what's best for our needs is a rarity these days and I appreciate at it!

Love this unit, battery lasts for at least 4 hours at a time. Summarizes beautifully. The mind map could be more flexible with revisions but still a huge help for anyone that has multiple daily meetings
