Worked for the fuel lines for my 2001 Chevy Silverado. Push it in.. while pulling the line toward you then push it and the line away from you.

This is a random tool but when you need them and don't have them you'll wish you spent the couple of dollars. They make your life way easier and prevent damage to the clips so you can simply easily reinstall the lines you disconnected.

I tried using these on a fuel line, during a filter replacement. None of them fit well in the insert, where the line connects. I should've just ordered the metal tool and not wasted my time with this junk.
