I spent an entire day trying to get this to work with a Windows 10 PC. It would pair and connect, but then randomly disconnect a few minutes later. This pattern repeated over and over. I was ready to return for a refund, but the following steps solved the problem. So far it works great. No disconnects and easy to program. The instructions should be clearer with easy to find support options, but otherwise it now works as expected.StepsA - First, make sure the PC is setup correctly1- Uninstall and reinstall all Bluetooth drivers on the PC and restart2 - If you have a motherboard which uses external antennas, make sure you use them. Consider buying a compatible Bluetooth dongle if you have an older PC3 - Disable Bluetooth networking (and WiFi if you don’t use it) to minimize signal interferenceB - After the PC is configured, open the phone app (the only way to program the quad 500):1 - Put the quad in “closed†pairing mode to make sure it only pairs with one device at a time.2 - Install the beta firmware with a long press on the “check for upgrade†button3 - Change the power setting to performance and 2+ hour timeout4 - Pair, connect, and test

Great pedal! Very reliable and sturdy! The only thing is that it's a little confusing about pressing the buttons and how long to press, and how many flashes of the 2 LEDs meaning this and that! I had to make a cheat sheet and tape it underneath .. they should have done a professional looking card that is glued underneath. Otherwise, solid pedal!

I had a lot of trouble at first, since device would not connect to android (the device doesn't exist in their manager to reprogram it). IOS app works pretty good and i was able to reprogram the keys quickly to operate mouse controls, even though the program lights up wrong pedal like in photo the pedal pressed did what it was programmed, so just the image shown is wrong and not the functionality. I spoke with dan on the phone and fixed everything and from beginning to end and was awesome. I couldn't find any app for programming device using a PC connection, so just make sure you have a IOS device or a friend device. 6 different modes you can program so you should be able to get all you changes in one go.side note: if you think it is strange to use for mouse click, it is because i had a issue with my arms and click mouse with hand was causing extreme pain, so this was my solution.

I really like having four pedals for forscore. I play bass at church and our music has a lot of repeats. Having the four pedals allow me to setup links and control them with the extra two pedals. My only complaint is I tend to hit two pedals at once due to how wide my feet are. I do wish the pedals were a little further apart or off set some how.

Unit connected easily to my iPad and integrated (with a few settings changes) in to the SoundBrenner app that we use for click tracks. I have it set up to start and stop the click, page up and down our setlist and the 4th pedal is set for tap tempo. A bit pricey but well worth the money.

The claim this unit is silent and unbreakable. The pedals are basically solid pieces of plastic and you activate them by bending the plastic. Mine was making a creaking and occasionally snappy noise like you hear when you put pressure on stiff hard plastic. Not exactly the silent they claim and not a very reassuring feeling for sturdiness - so I asked for a return. Return wasn't automatic. Had to be authorized, had to complain to amazon to get a response, and then I am being charged for shipping. Purchased another unit and doing more research there are a combination of better and less expensive options with better return and support policies. Happy to pay postage back not to deal with these folks anymore.

Using this for music transcription via Anytune Pro Plus on an iPad. At first glance, the instruction manual does not appear to be applicable to this particular pedal and is subsequently confusing. Read the manual very carefully and don’t be afraid to hack at it a bit and you’ll get it working. Once working, the pedal immediately becomes an indispensable tool for transcription. I highly recommend it.

I received this and when I opened it I noticed it had wear marks on it already and it looks like it's been refurbished. There is dried glue runs down one of the pedals.

Excellent if you need the extra functionality of 4 pedals. I opted for the 2 pedal version.

Needed a budget pedal to control an ipad/tablet teleprompter system (Datavideo TP300). I Use this with the 'iCue' app and it works great. I Have set it up so that i have a play pedal, forward and rewind pedal.
