PondBliss Fountain Algaecide and Clarifier
Removes and Gets Rid of Green Algae
PondBliss Fountain Algaecide and Clarifier is an all-purpose solution for controlling algae in water fountains and small ponds. Our formula is an effective way to clean and prevent growth of common green algae that include string, hair, filamentous and planktonic algae. The results are clearer water, reduced fountain maintenance and better performing pumps!
Dosage treatment is 1/2 oz per 500 gallons of water for large fountains. For small fountains under 100 gallons, we recommend 1/8 oz of algaecide weekly.
PondBliss Fountain Algaecide is an EPA registered algaecide and is considered safe for plants, birds and animals when used as directed (diluted into a body of water). However for absolute safety, we do not recommend for bird or pet fountains. Do NOT use with fish or koi ponds, as algaecide is not safe for aquatic species.

Wow, a tiny little amount goes a VERY long way! This small bottle will last until the end of time! It works great, one application has lasted us 2 months so far in our fountain and it’s been very hot and humid here!

Much smaller than I thought but it worked great. I used the entire bottle on my 3ft fountain. Got rid of all the algae & the water is sparkling clean.

I like the fact you only apply a few ounces every week or two to control the growth of algae and other organic matter on the concrete surfaces. It has saved me hours of cleaning. In my opinion a must have product for large 4 tiered fountains.

I decided to try this product for our outdoor fountain because the algae cleaner we’d been using was a little pricey. Well you get what you pay for. This stuff did not work. I even used more of the recommended amount, but still had a fountain full of green algae slime.So , I ordered a gallon of the product I had been using before, Fountec Fountain Algaecide Clarifier. Yesterday, I drained and cleaned the fountain and pump. The Fountec should arrive today, so I can refill our beautiful lion fountain without having to clean it out a few months later. Don’t waste your money.
