My teenage sons likes this very much. We bought it so he’d be able to practice at home. He takes lessons at school. We will have to take it to get adjusted. His instructor said that the bridge is too high and one of the strings won’t tune properly. The string is a touch loose and turning the adjustment knob is futile because it goes right back to the original position. Hopefully the cost to adjust it will still make the purchase financially benefiting.*update*I had it looked at by 3 professional shops. All said it wasn’t worth fixing. The price of a bridge & new strings alone make it unaffordable. The consensus was that we bought a pretty toy, not a real instrument. I ended up renting a real violin from one of the shops.

It is a great deal for the price. The violin arrived set up and ready to play, and tuning was not a problem. The violin itself is beautiful and overall nicely made!

What can I say? I have a love-hate relationship with this violin.1. It’s great for beginners.2. It’s a cheap price- it feels cheap.3. The sounds is decent. Don’t expect too much4. The bow is hot garbage! No amount of rosin will make it any better! Absolutely no sound plays no matter how much tightening or loosening you do. Mine actually broke the same day I got it. So it no longer tightens or loosens. I had to buy a whole new bow for 30 dollars and Now I get the sounds I need.5. Buy a new rosin. The rosin isn’t all that great, new rosin is cheap.Over all its a decent violin for beginners but it’s DEFINITELY NOT LONG TERM

The bow is completely useless and most of the strings are loose and just poor quality all around.
