The product is amazing. My 12 year old son loves it. It goes fast enough to still be safe. I love the lights on it and love the additional chair we got for it. I dislike how fast the battery needs to be charged. My son uses it one mile out and rides it back then needs charging again.

I bought this for my 5 years olds Birthday......he already new how to ride one. This came perfectly packaged! It has a free app that you can download, and you can put it on Child or Adult mode. Super high quality!

Let me say, my daughter ABSOLUTELY LOVES her hoverboard. Unfortunately, it arrived with damage to the wheel & we simply encouraged her to practice riding and turning. Upon careful inspection her father realized one wheel was touching the actual frame, preventing smooth riding or ability to turn. Contacted Seller - was instructed to charge fully (not sure how this helps) and advised no exchange options. We plan to return and re-purchase. Will update on resolution. My daughter loves it and would like to have this hoverboard. It sucks the package wasn't handled carefully. It's clear from how the box arrived! *** Update Soon***

It’s an amazing product but the left side doesn’t hold a charge as long as the right side does
