I tried putting LED brake lights in my car. I couldn't figure out why I kept getting a warning light. After a little research, I found out that a particular resistor was needed to make it work. I didn't want to have to deal with soldering one in, so I searched and found this. I plugged it in and the LED's worked right away, and no warning light. The locking nubs are a little off from the alignment of the fittings on my car, so I cut off the one adjacent to the long locking one and changed the rubber gasket to the original one, and perfect fit.

So I used these on my 1997 Chevy Silverado front blinker lights bank when I converted to LED bulbs. Even though I installed a loaded blinker module under the dash, I still had hyper flash because I converted all the rear bulbs to LED also. These units are VERY well assembled harnesses. I know because I upfit police and Fire vehicles for a living. I could have spent the time to build my own but decided to try these and am very impressed. I’ve been using them for a year now without any issues.

The product works as expected and was an easy install. Unfortunately, the secondary wiring terminal provided does not fit the front lamp housings of a Porsche 968, the insertion pin housings are a different configuration. I cannot offer what other models in the VW Porsche line this may affect.

I bought these for a 2012 Kia SUV. I did a test with the 2357 LED's before attempting to mount. Well one of the resistors on each harness got VERY hot. Too hot to touch! I don't feel this product is safe.I submitted a return, and since it's not sold through Prime, I'm expected to pay return shipping AND a restocking fee. There's really no point in returning it, so I'll just throw it away. I'll get what, 10 dollars back?Strongly suggest you avoid.
