The instructions made it simple to set-up. All issues of alignment were solved by having employees watch as you gently hold the card, while slowly inserting until the machine takes it from your hand. It processes, once the processing is finished, the card is returned by the machine and it stops. The employee removes the card. Harvey came through Port Aransas at 145 mph winds with rain pouring by the bucket. The rec-room walls were no longer standing, there wasn't any parts of the roof to be found. The time clock key was missing, we emptied the water from the time clock, let it air dry month, plugged in, surprise it returned three minutes fast, and the company when called offered to replacing the key. How can I not recommend them or their time clock. We are thankful of the 300 who stayed in Port Aransas all survived.

I like how this time clock posts the pay period start date at the top of each card and keeps a running total of hours worked. I did not set the clock up, but I believe it was reasonably easy to do. We use bi-weekly pay period and I would like to be able to start a new total for the second week instead on ongoing since overtime is computed differently, but that may be something that could have been done at set-up. The cards are 2 sided, which is much easier and cost effective to deal with. We have had no problems and I would purchase this clock again.

I like this time clock a lot and it's very easy to use and set up. I would have given it 5 stars except you can only put one week on each side of the card which means we will go through them quickly, but that is pretty minor. All in all, it's a great machine and I appreciate that it calculates the hours for me! *IDEA* since we are a small business with only 4 employees and we only pay once per month, I color coded the cards rather than get confused with the imprinted numeration of the cards. This is working out well, everyone has their own color that matches the unused cards and nobody has to worry about the numbers on the cards.

This clock was super fast to set up and easy to use. There was one setting that I had trouble finding. It only took a 2 minute phone call to the manufacturer. It was so simple and it was something that I was overlooking. I highly recommend this time clock.

Purchased this time clock for our small business. The easy to set up was great!We pay our guys x2 a month and was able to set the pay period up with out much effort.The User Manual was easy to follow and customer service has been great.During shipping the ribbon somewhat faded and the manufacturer was more than willing to replace at no charge. I had trouble setting up the 2nd side of the time sheet and with a simple phone call the support team was able to fix that setting.There are many more features available like minute rounding, overtime, hour totaling and more.Our guys have had no trouble using it and we plan on keeping it.I would highly recommend for all small businesses.

I have really enjoyed this time clock machine EXCEPT for one little problem. I pay my employees, on the 1st (for the 15-30) and the 16th. (1-15 time) If you work on the 16th, or the 1st. it works great.. but if you work again on the 2nd and the 17? it prints exactly on the same line as the 1st or the 16th. That is a pain, because now my employee who works those days, have to use 2 time cards. AND it doesn't allow you to use the back.. well, it probably does, but it doesn't cancel the front if it's two different pay periods. So those are my only problems with this. I don't care about the back side, though that would be nice, but the printing on the same line for two days in a row for the beginning of the period is not good..

My Allied AT-4500 has been very reliable. Recently, one of our dogs got locked in the office overnight and chewed through the power cord. I contacted Allied Time USA to order a new cord and they sent one to me the next day. I highly recommend this time clock for accuracy and performance. Great Company as well!!
