I just got it today and purchased it for its size and weight. I spooled it up on first attempt and was pleased at how simple and effortless it truly was. This product is exactly as described in directions in box and on sales page online. One thing I’d like to add is the ability to get it to a much higher speed for a more challenging workout vs the smaller alike type products. To be fair I purchased a cheaper price unit at same time to give as a gift and found this ball is more advanced by the higher speed with weight. It works my targeted muscles much harder in a much shorter period of time. Quality product worth the purchase price hands down. Have fun it’s going to challenge your muscles with resistance using it.

Most gyro balls have a hole where you put the string that attaches to the hand this one does not if you are clumsy and need the string don't buy this item, outside of that it looks beautiful and bring everything it says though there's no way to attach the string.... lol
