The following products were ordered to pep up an old 1979 Chevrolet C-20 Single Cab Truck with a tired Small Block 305. I bought the old truck for $900.00 and it ran, but needed some fresh air. All of the products listed below were ordered from Amazon and installed recently. These are nicely made, but in my application it was still too tall so I carefully cut it down to a quarter inch, now everything fits perfectly.

Looks ok.. fits my carburetor fine. But not the air cleaner... Made a little jig to remove 1/16 material with my router.. worked fine and now fits great.NOTE: my air cleaner base has thicker Guage material than most aftermarket cleaners

After trying several plastic spacers that did not fit well and were very cheap, I tried ths one which is all aluminum with a built in gasket. This one fit perfectly over my rochester quadrajet carb for my '73 vette and gave me just the cleaance I needed to fit my 14" K&N filter on over top.. I highly recommend this spacer even though it is higher prced than the plastic ones. It's a better fit and the built in gasket is a big plus.

This spacer is of decent quality and the carburetor side fits just fine, but none of the the air cleaner bases that I tried (I have 4 different brands) will fit.

This Allstar 26086 1'' Air Cleaner Spacer, will not fit a standard, or, K&N, 4-bbl air cleaner base, nor would it install correctly on a Holley 750 4-bbl, 4160 carb!!The spacer is made in the USA, you would think there would be better quality control.Looking at the spacer, it is well made, has a different sealing area where the O-ring sits, is much heavier than the other Chinese spacers.I read other reviews that had critical complaints regarding the fitment, I dismissed them thinking people were complaining just to give a bad review.

Great product. Well made and fits 5-1/8" carb flange perfectly. I particularly like the rubber "O" ring. I think they should have spent a small bit of time polishing the outside of the spacer though.

Bought for Edelbrock 600CFM with Edelbrock Racing Series 14" air cleaner.Fits nicely on the carby but standard size air cleaner base does NOT fit on the spacer.

I used this spacer to fit a standard 14†Proform air cleaner to an Edelbrock 4 bbl carb to properly clear the linkage, choke and parts of the air horn. Had to remove app 0.100†from the OD of the air cleaner side of the spacer in order for it to fit snugly in the air cleaner base. Other than that I really like the o-ring seal and it’s a much better piece than the cheap plastic spacers. Would use these again.

Had a edlebrock air breather that sat too low on my 350 Vortec and nd this 1" spacer lifted it up perfectly, the o-ring creates a good seal and everything is good quality.
