Professionals in Automotive Cooling
Cooling systems remove heat from the engine using the properties of heat transfer. Modern cars use liquid cooling systems. These use a fluid circulated within the engine, that is then pumped out of the engine into a radiator, where the heat is released. Less common is the air cooled engine.
- Easy direct installation, no modifications required. OE fitment or replacement, push or pull type
- The thermostat kit is universal fit for automotive vehicle, activates by grounding electric fans at preset temperature
- Our Radiator Fans are universal fit. High-quality, lightweight, and durable.
- High quality light weight. Durable Material.
How Automotive Cooling Works
Enhance Driving Safety
Avoid getting stuck in traffic or on the road due to overheating of the engine, the cooling part of the engine is one of the most important. The radiator, water pump and thermostat should always be optimal.
Easy Installation
- Easy direct installation, require NO modification.
- OE Fitment or Replacement, Push or Pull Type.
Puller and Pusher Design
Puller fans mount on the engine side (back) of the radiator core and pull air through the radiator core. The fresh airflow is pulled through the grille, then pulled through the core, and exits out the back side of the radiator.
Pusher fans mount on the grille side (front) of the radiator core and push air through the radiator core. Fresh airflow enters through the grille, then is pushed through the radiator core, and exits out the back side of the radiator.
Thermostat Wiring Switch Relay Kit
- Universal fit for any automotive application.
- Activates by grounding electric fans at preset temperature.
- Probe typically threads into radiator, water outlet hose or manifold.
- 180'F turn-on temperature, 165'F turn-off temperature.
How to Replace a Car Radiator

- Step 1: Raise and support the vehicle and drain the coolant from the radiator
- Step 2: Disconnect the radiator reservoir hose, and remove the upper radiator hose
- Step 3: Remove the lower radiator hose, and disconnect the cooling fan electrical connector
- Step 4: Remove the cooling fan mounting bolts, and remove the cooling fan
- Step 5: Disconnect the transmission cooler lines, and remove the radiator mounting bolts.
- Step 6: Remove the condenser mounting bolts, and remove the radiator
- Step 7: Mount the radiator. Install the condenser mounting bolts.
- Step 8: Install the radiator mounting bolts. Connect the transmission cooler lines.
- Step 9: Mount the fan. Install the cooling fan mounting bolts
- Step 10: Reinstall the connector. Install the lower radiator hose.
- Step 11: Install the upper radiator hose. Connect the radiator reservoir hose.
- Step 12: Fill the radiator with coolant. Bleed the air from the cooling system.
