Had a cracked bolt holes on header flange. Basically used this to bandage it to decrease exhaust and sound from escaping. Obviously spending a couple hundred bucks and a few hours of labor would have been ideal but this is a 20 year old work truck.Working great thus far. I also had oxygen sensor readings /check engine faults before I bandaged it. Readings are back to normal and hard fault changed to soft/check engine light went out on it's own.
