Only reason for the 1 star loss is the hole is just a little to big for my 2 gaue wire. I can tighten it all the way to get it to hold the wire tightly, just not a perfect seal, but not a problem after just a dab of liquid electrical tape. It requires a 1.125 inches (1+1/8") hole in the firewall. Not made for anything thicker than .25 inches (1/8") in order to get the nut tightened properly.

Tried to use this with 2 gauge cable but it is way oversize, Verified the cable I was using was 2 gauge through diameter checks and industry standard cables. Best I can figure is this is more for 2/0 cable and not 2 gauge cable OR this is for 2 gauge cable with very thick insulation.
