Pleasantly surprised with this outdoor chair. I chose this over the Coleman version because of the additional tubing on all four corners for better stability as well as the large foot plates to avoid digging into the ground. The chair is true to its description and is roomy and comfortable. There's a small insulated pocket that will hold several cans or bottles of your favorite beverage as well as a cup holder an additional hanging side pocket for miscellaneous items.This chair is for big and tall so keep in mind that when folded and put into the carry bag It is larger in diameter and heavier than average chairs but with the long shoulder strap it's still fairly easy to carry. The seat height is higher than the average chair and at 5'5 my feet touch the ground but not by much. I like the height however because it's easier to get in and out of.Overall a very sturdy comfortable chair that I would absolutely purchase again.

I bought this chair for me and I love it. I love the cup holder is big enough to hold a 33 oz bottle of Smart Water but not *too* big that your smaller drinks don't sit right in there. The pocket below the cup holder is nice to place snacks, or smaller things you want near you. The pocket on the left arm is great because it velcro's and zips, and is a good size to hold snacks, plasticware, a 12 oz can, or even a small handgun. This chair is extremely sturdy as well. The material it is made of is great! I ended up buying an another for my boyfriend and now we have 2. I highly recommend this chair if you're a bigger person OR if you just want a comfortable chair while you're sitting in your back yard around the fire pit, going camping or going to the lake. You will not regret this purchase.

We purchased 2 of these chairs after being left disappointed by a couple of other chairs that finally bit the dust. Generally we don't spend too much on these types of chairs since they are usually poorly constructed and not worth the money. However, the Alpha camp chairs were worth the money. Heavy duty and well built. We take them everywhere we need some portable seating like tailgates or local sporting events. I am a big guy at 6'1 and 270 pounds. I fit really well in this chair. It is a good height for my legs and very comfy to sit in. Other members in our family are tall like me and they love the chair as well. My wife who is shorter enjoys the chairs as well. She said she likes the roominess feeling of it. The construction is really nice and there has been no real complains. If anything I think the bag is a little thin material wise. I noticed a few small holes developing near the feet and bottom part. This is after a number of weekends of use. This is different for us since we usually wear the chairs the out before the bag it stores in. Go figure.

This is a great chair. I purchase these heavy duty chairs because I am a very large man. I am 6'10" and I weigh about 400 lbs. This chair does indeed feel very sturdy. My one complaint is that the front supports sit high enough that it puts extra pressure on the outside of my thighs when I sit. It's not enough of a problem that I don't use the chair on a regular basis, just something I would like to see adjusted for maximum comfort.

I love this chair. It's a bit heavy to carry around, but I love it still. Very sturdy, well built, and it has all the features. I like the arm rest that has the built in cooler space although if it was up to me the arms would be switched. One of the features I've never seen before is they added an extra strap that prevents the arms from dropping too low on the back. It's great. My husband tried to trade me for his old one just because of that feature!

This chair is very good, the best I've ever had.It's big but still manageable for a 5'2"woman to carry it alone.We use them for our son's soccer games and practices, and they are very sturdy.The material is thick and easy to clean.I recommend!

I purchased 2 chairs in September. I paid almost $100 for these chairs. It is now only January and the chairs are already ripping.

I purchased this chair primarily because of my size. This chair is rated for 450 lbs. (I am 6'2" and weigh 270 lbs). I used this chair sparingly at my grandson's soccer games and a few outdoor events. As you can see by the pictures, the stitching is coming apart and one of the grommets is broken. I expressed my concern to the company and the said " it's a pity that the chair was purchased beyond the 1 year warranty period". (February 2022 until June of 2023...16 months). The pity is that the chair is falling apart after less than 40 uses. I thought I was paying for a premium product evidenced by the premium price. I would highly suggest that you purchase a different brand of folding chair when shopping.UPDATE:...The company responded to my email and offered me a 5% discount on future purchases from Alpha Camp. Do yourself a favor...DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. EXTREMELY poor quality!!UPDATED UPDATE....The company steadfastly refuses to offer any resolution to the poor quality issue. I have been on a non-stop email thread with several of Alpha Camp's customer service representatives. They have mentioned, more than once...that I should USE NEEDLE AND THREAD AND REPAIR THE CHAIR MYSELF!!!! I am going to continue my emails. I am trying to waist as much of their time as possible to cost them more in unproductive time.....it's principal now.
