This is an extremely sturdy splatter cover. It’s quite heavy because it’s so sturdy. Most types of these are rather flimsy. Not this one! It’s built to last. I also believe it’s dishwasher safe, but haven’t tried that yet. Another feature are the legs that are attached in a unique way. See the picture on the site. The curved wire attached to the screen are an actual way to rest it in the counter so you don’t get sauce or grease on your counter. The splatter guard rests on the wires mounted to the guard! A great feature. I love this splatter guard for pans. It is built to last at a reasonable price and fits all pans that I have. Many of these guards are 10 or 11â€, this one fit the bill for me!

The product is large enough for a large cast iron, good quality, and dishwasher safe. Very useful.

This splatter guard is extremely well made with very fine mesh that will catch even the smallest splatters. It is also very easy to clean thoroughly. However, though the description indicates that you can use it for smaller pots and pans, it only works if the handle of the smaller pan stays level with the rim of the pan and doesn't slant up. My smaller frying pans which I use almost every day have handles that curve up which makes a gap between the splatter guard and the rim of the pan where splatter can escape. Consequently, I am disappointed. But I have given it four stars because it is so well made and fine for large pots and pans.

Does a GREAT job on stopping oil splash, super helpful and very large so it covers all sizes of frying pans. I have a square-shaped 12in grill pan and this covers it nicely even though it a different shape. Yes it stains a bit after use but it is still very functional so I'm satisfied.

I had never actually owned a splatter guard before so this was my first one and so far I love it! It’s super thick and sturdy and does a great job of keeping the grease in the pan. It has gotten stained which is the only draw back despite always washing it between uses.

I’m impressed with the weight and stability of this product. I have had splatter screens in the past but this one far surpasses them all. It doesn’t get hot on the handle and it cleans up easily. The red handle looks great because it doesn’t blend in. It is easy to use.

Unlike in the listings picture, you should put it on the pan with the legs up so that you can flip it over to put it on the counter.
