These pads are a mid-point between wearing no armor at all, and wearing the stiffer CE1 and CE2 foam style armor pads. These are VERY flexible and rather thin (almost floppy), so you probably will not even notice that they are there.Do they protect as well as the thick, common pads? I doubt it, but, they're better than nothing and they are the only things that fit the Alpinestars jeans.

I have an older, but completely serviceable pair of Olympia Airglide 3 pants. Because I never liked the memory foam pads, I usually rode without any hip armor. A friend had a lowside crash without hip armor and bruised his hip pretty badly. I ordered these bioflex hip protectors and they fit my Olympia pants well and they are very comfortable. They're 8.25 in. long, 5.5 in wide, and 0.25 in. thick. The Nucleon Kr-H protectors will also fit, but barely. It was also less comfortable. Probably not the greatest protection, but the Bioflex hip protectors are better than nothing.

For my Andes v3 pants. Very flexible which is good at hip location but still provides a level of protection.

The guide says buy the small ones for women's and the large ones for men's. I bought the L size for my men's 30W 32L Alpinestars Copper 2 denim pants, but they were just a bit too large for the pockets. The pads would not sit flat, with just a bit of curling at the edges, mostly at the sides. I removed the pads and trimmed off the ~1/4" of thin, flat edging, which doesn't really affect the level of protection (IMHO). After doing that, the pads fit the pockets PERFECTLY. I hope I never have to truly road-test these pants/pads!

I saw lot of reviews say L is too big for men’s pants so I got a S. But I have to change to Size L and Size L fits perfectly on my gravity drystar

I really want to avoid providing test results but they do fit my HONDA ANDES V3 DRYSTAR® PANTS perfectly. These are just CE1 level. Amazes me still why the motorcycle riding gear manufacturers don't include hip, tailbone or back protection in any or all ce approved gear.

I think it's obvious at this to know if you don't have a sewn in lining in your pants it's not gonna work. Thankfully I know how to sew

Prodotto come da descrizione, misure protezione standard,prese per dei pantaloni che all'interno c'era solo la predisposizione, calzano bene anche se i pantaloni non sono alpinestars, come peso molto leggere e comode,per un livello 1 qualità prezzo consigliatissimo. Consegna nei tempi come sempre

Lo compre para un pantalón vaquero Alpinestars V3 Copper, talla 32. Recibà una respuesta a mi pregunta en amazon del tamaño adecuado, pero la "S" no es correcto. Afortunadamente, tengo el habito de preguntarle al fabricante antes de hacer cualquier pedido si tengo alguna duda. El fabricante me dijo que necesitarÃa la "L" para la talla 32, y asà fue, entró perfectamente. Todo perfecto :-) No puedo comentar sobre su eficacia contra los golpes, y espero no averiguarlo. El material es igual que el de las rodilleras que vienen con el pantalon.
