My husband (who is way taller than me) installed it in about 30 seconds. And, it works great on my blinds. Now, I can reach the wand while reaching over my computer monitors & open the blinds after the morning sun passes. Definitely recommend for tall windows & short people who need to open blinds!

It’s long, make sure you understand that. It works.. but here’s what I don’t understand. Others are saying it broke after two days? How? How does one break a mini blind wand? Are you in beast mode handling it? It’s a simple twist of the finger.. it’s not hard. You don’t have to be rough with it. These comments sound like user error idiocies as opposed to a faulty product. I’ll update my review if in two days it breaks, but I find that hard to believe.It does what’s it’s supposed to do. Open and close a blind.

As I said, one had an opening to slip through the wand, but the other one had a sealed end and when you try to open it, it breaks off. Second time this happened to us. I returned first one for a free replacement, but I did not save the packaging for this set of two.Sorry this keeps happening.

Our cord broke for panel slides so I thought I’d try this rod. We have a high ceiling so I got the 4 ft rod. Took me 15 seconds to install. Actually I think I’ll get rid of the cord since this is much easier.
