Box was all tore up. Missing the handle and roll of film. The box looks like it had been opened, someone took what they needed and returned it. In the companies defense it may not come with the roll of film. HOWEVER, the add doesn't say "Applicator Only" nor does it say "Film not included". It leads you to believe the film is included. The parts that were in the box look and feel solid. I'm sure if all was good this is a well made and usable product.
