I was pretty scared of taking the plunge on this shuffle board because of all the horror stories with the quality and delivery issues. I was also worried that given the 200 lb weight of the package and the fact I was getting it delivered last, up an icy cold mountain, I was all but certain I was going to find damage. Everything went fine! The delivery men were professional and not a scratch on the unit. A couple things to note. Make sure you wipe down the surface with Pledge before dusting the surface with wax. The table itself is heavy, solid MDF wood and the play field is a veneer top. Everything feels solid, however I can't testify yet to how it will hold up through wear and tear. The led lights give it a nice touch and it helps with ensuring the surface gets dusted evenly. Another reassurance that tipped me in favor of getting this is finding out the company that makes these tables is Escalade Sports, the same company who manufacture Brunswick billiard tables, so its not just some fly by night operation. So, if you're looking for pro quality with climatic adjusters and a butcher block top, this is seriously not the table for you. If you're a casual player that want a nice looking, functional shuffleboard for your family's game room, this is a great option.

Showed up with slight damage as others have experienced. That was really annoying because it’s not like it’s an easy item to return. It looks the part but when you get close you realize you bought a piece of crap. The playing top is literally a piece of laminate on top of MDF board. That was the most frustrating part. The damage I fixed but the overall quality was disappointing. Had I read the reviews I would have never given this a second look. Just spend a little more and you will be much happier. Not sure what to do with this POS now

Since there is no where to write a delivery message, I thought I’d add a comment here. Delivery called on Thursday to deliver the next day. I told the woman on the phone we would not be able to accept delivery until August 16th. She said she would call around August 16th to reschedule. Yesterday, I received a text it was being delivered on August 9th. No one will be there to accept. Not sure where the miscommunication was. I tried calling the number that called me on Thursday and left a message. Delivery is not what I expected. When they said they would schedule an appt, I thought they would schedule delivery when we both agreed.Again, no one will be there on the 9th to accept.Regards,Marcia Corbett

I ordered 2 of the shuffle boards, for 2 different households. Both arrived defective , broken hearted! We are waiting to see if my husband will be able to fix the boards , before I return . So sad . Great quality otherwise . Gave 4 stars because this is a good high quality product, packages could have been damaged during shipping .

Honestly so happy with this purchase! Quality is great. We love the two game feature it has. The only downside is that it is VERY heavy. As long as you’re prepared for that no biggie. I made sure to be home ready with a dolly when the guys dropped it off to be able to pull it into my home. Easy assembly- needs at least two people to set it up right.

I’m not even sure how some of the mistakes were made when forming these prefab pieces. I’m guessing all customers are experiencing the same since it’s an “IKEA-style†precut assembly. Bolt holes on one side of the “eye-bolt†bracket weren’t even closely aligned with the other side. Thread inserts for the formed wood were amazingly off center. Pieces weren’t made to fit snug and the small screws for the final pieces (scoring slide) were too soft to go into the wood without stripping out.With many modifications, replacing the screws, and some astonishing amazement on how they could even manage some of the mistakes… I am finally enjoying the game. I will eventually go get some real sand to replace the crap from the package and will make it work.If you made the mistake of unpacking 200lbs before knowing and have some basic skill in working with your hands…. OR…. If you just really enjoy buying mismatched IKEA furniture that never really works outs…. Then this is the product for you.

Great value for a smaller shuffle board table. Assembly was easy everything lined up and bracing keeps the table very sturdy
