Installed the switch inline And it never completed the circuit in the switch. Transmission line was 180 degrees and was 80 degrees on the switch with an infrared thermometer. So I ran a toggle switch to my relay and removed the part that was defective and sent it back.

Installed this part verified good power and ground but it would not trigger the fan. I used a screw driver to connect both terminals and it worked. Temperature got up to 250, supposed to come on att 180.

The sensor doesn't turn on my fan until my fluid temps reached over 240F. It's advertised as 190 on - 175 off. It's actually 240 on - 210 off. That's read with a scangauge on my 2002 4runner.

Simply doesn't work, jump the terminals and the fan runs just fine, connect them to this switch and the fan doesn't come on. Have it jumper for now, given the other two written reviews I'll search for a different option.
