Get the whole family together and enjoy old-fashioned fun in style with our Maple-wood Croquet Game Set crafted by Amish Folks in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The Deluxe Croquet Game Set contains 6 hardwood maple mallets which are lathe-turned and hand painted in sectioned rings with matching colors to their corresponding balls. A polished brass ring adorns each end of the mallet head to prevent the wood from cracking and smashing. The two stakes are lathe-turned with multicolored sections. It comes ready to play with a wooden holder to keep your game organized.
The nine 3/16" diameter metal wickets are very substantial and will not easily bend. The balls are made from a plastic polymer and are 3-5/16" in diameter.
Our Story
I, Larry Kauffman, along with my family, currently live in the beautiful hills of Southeast Ohio. We started Amish Toy Box in 2010 as a hobby and an opportunity for a small side income and by 2015 it had blossomed into a full-time job. Bethann, my wife, is kept busy at home being a full-time mother. We have 6 children who love to play with wooden toys that are blemished or damaged, and they enjoy "helping" Daddy ship out orders.
As a family, and in our business, our goal is always to treat others the way we would like to be treated. We hope that by providing quality toys and games to you, we can bring simple, family-oriented fun to your family.

Full adult size mallets allow better control. Higher gauge wickets. Rack is so practical. Overall, materials and construction shout "Built-to-last". The Amish set is worth the higher price... you get what you pay for.

We bought this set because we thought, for the price, it would be really high quality and last for a long time. We've played it maybe 20 times now, and already the hammers are dinged, dented, and chipped up. I expected the wood to be harder, so that this wouldn't happen, as it affects the ball when you hit it. Other than that, we've been very happy with this set.

Decided to get this set because while expensive, assumed it would be nice. My family are giants, 5 over 6'2" so I thought they'd appreciate the 32" length. It was a big hit, it's just gorgeous. There was a crack in the stand and the vendor is sending me a replacement. I hope to have this for years!

Mallots are well weighted and sturdy. Balls are high quality as well. Rack is convenient to have. Very good looking and plays well. Yes, expensive, but good.

Reminds me of the set that I had as a child, quality and all wood. Not like the cheaper plastic versions.
