Strong magnets keep the locket securely closed while wearing it and easy to open when you need your medications. The Amour Heart Pill Necklace is suspended from a beautiful cable chain with lobster claw clasp. The cable chain is 26” in length so it is easy to slip on and off. The overall weight of necklace is 0.9 ounces. The heart locket measures approximately 1.13" wide x 1.19" tall x .375" deep. Inside depth approx. .25" x .75" at widest and .75" at tallest.

Made for a great gift: I only wish it would have arrived boxed. The locket is a smooth, modern design that doesn't even hint that there are medications or a locket picture enclosed. The magnet closure is three-sided and securely holds the contents inside (three pills to be exact). Something they must have improved on, as I read the other reviews. Most importantly: the recipient of this gift said she loved it!

The pictures are of the actual product. It's really pretty in reality. I use this to hold my Synthroid medication because I just could not get into the habit of taking it at the same time everyday. No alarm worked for me. My work schedule can have me in a different place at any time everyday. The only way to ensure I'll take my medication is to have it on my person. Since I wasn't using it for emergency medication, I didn't want the pill shaped necklaces or the ones displaying medical symbols.The actual necklace was surprisingly heavier than I was expecting but I actually think this is a good thing. I don't expect it to pop open on its own. The magnets are very heavy duty. When it's closed, it's closed. I think the length is perfect and the weight keeps it from spinning all over the place when you bend over. It's very shiny but does not collect fingerprints too badly, which I also like. I was able to fit 4 Syntroid pills inside. I absolutely recommend this necklace. If you're looking for something discreet and pretty, this is perfect.

I wanted this necklace to hold my medication in case I need emergency medication throughout the day and don't have my purse with me. It is very nice and will do the job well. The space inside can comfortably hold 3 of my pills. The only thing is that the locket itself is very bulky. For the amount of space available inside, the whole thing is very large and thick. I feel that each half of the locket could have been made thinner for decreased overall bulk. However I think it will do the job and I'm satisfied with it.

Took 3 days for Prime delivery and then the necklace is broken. Does not stay closed. Haven’t even tried to put any Nitroglycerin pills in it, if so they would be all over the floor. Magnets do not work. If I could give it zero stars I would. Very pretty but will not hold any pills.

She liked the gift, but sadly the medication she wanted to keep in it is too large to fit. Can hold capsules but not larger pills.

I put it on every morning and put meds inside. Then when my alarm goes off I have them right on hand. This is a more attack and discrete way to carry your meds. It’s kinda heavy but I’m ok with that, it serves as a reminder that it’s there. The magnet is strong! So I have to work at it a little bit to get into it, however I’m ok with that to because I would rather it be secure than to lose my meds somewhere in my home. And I have a child so it would be alarming to say the least. I also like that if you needed to you could replace the chain. I got gold, I don’t know why but I did and I really like it Lol. Now this can hold the smaller on tablets so if your pills are on the bigger side it MIGHT fit only one. But the meds I carry on me are small so I can fit three pills inside.This is something that I would recommend if you have one or two pills to take and you would rather not carry a pill case on you.

The locket has more room than I thought it would have.The magnets are very strong and it's nice looking. I would definitely recommend it.

I was looking for something to store a single pill I need to take midday. I am constantly on the move and figured this was a great solution. This particular necklace was much larger than I expected and incredibly heavy. It was hard to open as well which was great knowing my meads were secure but not for ease of access. I ended up returning.

Necklace looks nice and is a good idea. However, it's hard for me to open under normal circumstances, so I think would it be even harder to open in an emergency.

Chain provided is thin and weak, not the same as the one pictured/advertised. It broke immediately. Not as advertised. Pendant is cheap looking. Disappointing.
