The addition of a .5 or .7 Barlow lens is a must have for an electronics microscope IMHO, I really think this is a good buy for an economical lens. No distortion or issues. Really nice improvement in the working distance of my microscope set up.

I got this lens for my AmScope microscope to get better magnification than the .5 Barlow the microscope came with and it does just what I wanted.

Works amazingly well to increase the working distance of my microscope while still allowing a high enough magnification to work on 0201 components. I am using it with an AMSCOPE SM-4TP

I was nervous given the handful of bad reviews, but the one I received is flawless. The image is just as perfectly clear and sharp as it was before, only now I have a bit less magnification, a bit more working distance and depth of field, and a physical barrier to keep out dust and solder vapors. Could not be happier at this price.

Some kind of air bubbles or stains on/in the glass that are impossible to remove. I didn't notice until I installed a camera and found the image quality to be poor so I investigated. Turns out it's this barlow lens!

It is alright for the price, but optics quality is noticeably low. It does the job and gives slightly more magnification for my AmScope compared to included 0.5x lens while maintaining reasonable working distance

Lente barlow de 0.7X para microscopio ideal para aumentar un poco la distancia de trabajo a la mesa, sin llegar a la distancia superior que da la 0.5X que, para personas no muy altas o con una mesa de trabajo alta, es demasiado en mi opinión. Distancia óptima, claridad de imagen y luminosidad. Buenos acabados y embalaje.

Der Preis wäre ideal gewesen, aber leider kam die Vorsatzlinse mit einem Defekt in der Beschichtung bzw einem Kratzer auf der Glasoberfläche.Sowas könnte man ja bei gebrauchten Produkten um 5€ erwarten, aber bei einem neuen Produkt nicht. Schade.
