I did not get a sharp image no matter how hard I tried while the eyepiece was in. Do not buy this microscope if you actually want one that will deliver a clear image.

Actually the microscope is great but l was even given info on which dark field condenser to buy from the Amscope sales department. As it turns out this item has been discontinued.

Good quality microscope for the money. The LED Light works fine. Optics are good. I use it for mold identification and it works well for this purpose. The 20x magnification is nice. The stage works well. I would give it 5 stars if the transiition between stages stayed in focus.
