I recently got into Amigurumi, and I love it. However, I always dreaded putting the safety eyes on. It took forever, and my fingers would hurt. But this! It's so simply and yet so useful. The eyes click right on, no problem. I can't speak to how long they'll last, but they seem sturdy. Definitely worth the money!

A huge hand saver when putting safety eyes into crochet toys. Easy to use and so much faster than doing it by hand.

I've been making animals for friend's babies or grandbabies. The safety eyes attch so much easier with these!! Highly recommended for saving you fingertips.

I took a chance getting this product because no one explained how it worked and I was worried I would just have a new tool that wasn't necessary.So I crochet a lot of little things with eyes and sometimes the backs are really annoying. So basically with this tool you can hold the safety eye in your non dominant hand already poking through the crochet and then put the back into place and push it down using this tool (often on the inside of a stuffy). It means you aren't having to push the back of the safety eye with your finger tips but instead using your whole hand strength as you push on the ball of this tool with your dominate hand.Hope this helps. It definitely has already helped me as my finger tips strength stinks.

On removing from the package, initially they seemed like they might be a little flimsy as the top felt kind of loose. But I used the largest size (20mm) to do up these 30mm sinker eyes and it did the job as advertised! Can’t speak to longevity, but for now they’re great.

I have crocheted amigurumi for years and finding these is a game changer. I gave this set to a up and coming amigurumi artist and she loves them.
