Anker is a great company as far as the products they make. This station allows you extend the use of your pc/laptop offering you more and usb-c and HDMI ports that arent always offered on certain devices. Great product and works as its described.

I have been using this for my M2 MacBook Pro 14 and my wife's M1 MacBook Air. An external monitor, wired network connection and USB connections for mice, printers, scanners, etc all work great. The multiple monitor output issue is not a deal breaker for us as I don't use multiple monitors outside of work.

Update: Anker offered a replacement or refund for the product. I've had many Anker products and this is the first to experience issues like this. Will likely replace it with the same or similar docking station from Anker.It worked really well initially. Generally running 2 monitors off of my laptop for work. It recently started flickering one of the monitor screens every 10 or 20 minutes which wasn't a huge deal. It now has issues supporting 2 screens and has really weird behavior that sometimes requires troubleshooting to get it going again. Expected it to work longer than it has

* UPDATE *Anker contacted me with resolution options to replace or refund. I have to say, I'd definitely recommend Anker products even though this particular one didn't work out for me when I purchased it. We have many Anker products in our household and will continue choose Anker over other brands. I'm boosting my rating from 3 to 5 stars based on the outstanding customer service to ensure I was satisfied.I bought this because my work issued Dell has no ethernet jack and only one USB. Not very helpful when I have a wireless usb mouse, usb keyboard, and usb headset to use. Unfortunately the USBC does not power my 10 key. The USB headset doesn't not perform well with this either. The only one that worked well was the mouse. The ethernet has been hit or miss. The most concerning is how hot it runs. Since I need it intermittently I've missed the return window.

This dock replaced a USB dock from my laptop’s manufacturer that intermittently turned one or both monitors off for no apparent reason. This replacement dock has been rock solid for the week that I have had it installed. Please note that it has two HDMI ports and no DisplayPort connections.

The product does what it's designed for. It's able to output to 2 monitors simultaneously, read and control USB devices, read SD and micro-SD storage simultaneously, and allowing ethernet connectivity. It works great for my S24+, S24 Ultra and iPad 10 generation. Also works just fine with laptops, S20+, and S21+. Can't go wrong with Anker products. I gave it 4 stars because I have the same model that was purchased a while back which feels more durable/heavier than this one and included a protective pouch.

This is my replacement hub for the Lention that stopped working after 18 months. I had rated that product 5 Star and it was truly great product till one day it decided not to deliver power from the PD port to laptop. Without power supply passing through, it was useless and I scrapped it. Then started my search for a new hub - the biggest challenge though how to identify one that combines good build quality and functionality with longevity. So, I decided to go with known non-chinese brands and Anker came top on the list. So far, the hub is working like a charm, just like Lention. I am hoping that this will last for at least 3 years to justify the price premium. One small gripe is that the USC C cable attached to the hub is too short (15 Cms, I guess). I keep my laptop in a vertical position with lid closed on a stand and work on the monitor. The USB C port on my laptop is on the upper end of the laptop and when I connect the hub, the hub keeps dangling awkwardly. Had to go with 0.5 M extension cable! I will update this review if this fails in less than 3 years!

Gutes Produkt, die Ports funktionieren zuverlässig. Auf den USB-Ports nutze ich Maus und Tastatur und auf dem HDMI-Port hängt ein Full HD 60 Hz Monitor. Ich habe bereits einen 60 Hz Test durchgeführt und keine Verzögerung bemerkt. Auch kein Flackern am Bildschirm oder Ausfälle festgestellt. Der Lan-Port hält ebenfalls was er verspricht. Ich habe damit eine Lan-Bridge zwischen 2 Geräten hergestellt und habe einen Ping von 0.15-0.19ms.Tolles Produkt, ist den Preis Wert.
