Windows System-Multiple Display Mode-Mirror Mode & Extend Mode:
Mirror Mode (AAA Mode):Laptop shows same images with external dual displays.
Extend Mode (ABB and ABC Mode):Laptop shows different images with external dual displays.
How to extend monitor on Windows: When the HUB is connected to the laptop and connected to the display with an HDMI cable, you can use the shortcut key combination Win+P to select other modes such as expansion and copy, and support multiple expansion combinations such as ABC. In Windows Settings-System-Screen Settings, you can select the display order and resolution of the secondary screen through the settings, and you can change the refresh rate of the secondary screen in advanced display settings.
MacOS System -Mirror Mode & Extend Mode -Only SST Supported:
Mirror Mode (AAA Mode):Laptop shows same images with displays.
Extend Mode (ABB Mode):3 external screen display same images but different with laptop.
Note: ON MacOS only SST mode (AAA and ABB mode) supported due to MacOS limitation.
How to extend monitor on Mac: When the HUB is connected to the laptop and connected to the display with an HDMI cable, you can change the resolution, refresh rate, mirroring and extension mode of the secondary screen in System Preferences-Display Settings, and support ABB’s extension mode and AAA’s copy mode.

Got a new computer at work and it did not come with enough ports for my triple monitor setup, this docking station allows me to do so very easily and quickly. The card reader also works great and allows me to transfer full sized photos and videos from my EOS camera memory card. Happy so far.

This is a nice little travel USB hub. It includes a bunch of things like card reader, type a and type c ports as well as HDMI. It's made out of pretty high quality materials and the fit and finish are good. 4 Stars.

Unfortunately I did not realize this unit did not come with a power cord of its own. It is charged by plugging into your laptop and unfortunately by the laptop power only, it is not enough power to run (2) monitors Plus, a keyboard. I bought it so I could use the duel monitors. So it’s too late to return now, so I am out the money.I will read more carefully next time.

This review is for the Docking Station for Laptop Dual Monitor - 8 in 1. This USB hub will allow you to use up to 8 different interfaces through the USB-C output of your Windows or Mac laptop/ipad air. Time was when your computer came with a variety of plug interfaces, but I suppose it was much cheaper to manufacture a computer with a single interface and then sell you different interfaces for the input/output you needed. Then they devised a hub, such as this one. With a single USB-C input into this hub, you can hook up 2 hdmi monitors, 1x100 watt USB-C PD input, 1xUSB-C data transfer socket, 1xUSB-A 2.0 and 1x3.0, and finally on the end of the hub is an sd socket and a TF socket. So far I have used both USB-A sockets, and the micro sd socket on my iPad Air. It has worked perfectly reading video and pictures off a thumb drive and an SD card. The hub is well constucted with an aluminum alloy and ABS case. Just be sure before ordering, that your device has a USB-C socket that is compatible with this hub. They list quite a bit of information on the Amazon advertisement about what to look for in a compatible device. I’m very pleased with this hub and recommend it for those looking for a USB-C hub.

No concerns for using this with my macbook - works as expected but does get a little warm when plugged in for a long period of time!
