These straps are quite sturdy. I was very impressed by how well the velcro holds with heavy weight. They are good quality and pretty trendy looking.

These are 10 inches of padding. I'm 13 just above the sneaker. 1 snap ring pulls the d ring attachments to tight together. Much discomfort. Was packing up to return when it popped. Use 2 one on each d ring. That works well. Bit of a pain to hook on but no discomfort. Have couple sets of their rubber bands so knew quality was good. Stitching Velcro etc all excellent. The under shoe strap makes all the difference. Doesn't slide even when soaked with sweat. And are 3 3/4" wide. Which it doesn't say in description. Deducted 1 star for poor design. The ones that come with band sets are infinite adjust Velcro with padding slides inside it's self. I guess everyone just copies each other.

Love these ankle straps! Ordered these to be able to do a variety of leg workouts on my pulley machine at home. Wanted this type specifically for the loop that goes under my foot as I feel that it's more stable than just an ankle strap and like I can lift more weight. Easy to put on and the velcro seems like good quality. Several people in our home use our workout setup so these get used frequently and they've held up good thus far.

Great for work-out I do feel the difference between other ones and this one is so good. Great price value and easy to use. Not much of a struggle for the size of it.
