So far, after a few workouts, love it! Good size for average height to tall folks. A bit heavy so remember to compensate weight for your workout. Well built and good gripping! Overall great buy.

Wow ! I was intrigued by the design though am amazed with the way this allows isolation of the lats ! This is so much safer than a traditional bar and allows better focus on training the muscle you want to ! Solid piece of equipment . The pictures do not do justice to how solid and versatile this accessory is . I would 100% recommend this !

Love this bar. Now I do not have to worry about carry around three different bars. Grip is awesome. three other people at my gym are going to order one.

This piece of equipment is a game changer! I've gotten some of the best workouts since my purchase whether it be for pull downs or switched over and used for rows as well.
