This is very easy to use. Any chain or hook can attach to it. I tested it on my forklift using a chain wrapped around the forks. I have some odd shaped pieces that can be heavy. As long as they are thin enough for the jaws to get around, it picks it up. I had nothing slip at all. The teeth on the jaws bit into the item being lifted. I even bounced the forks to see if it would let go. Gravity works for you. The heavier an item is, the more it grips. I recommend this for anyone that needs to move heavy items. It will work very well.

If you unload pallets from trucks very often you know the occasional problem of a pallet that can't be grabbed by the jack for some reason. This is a good device if you have a forklift or a good source of constant tension on the line. It is faster to hook up than strapping the pallet with a strap on itself. Downside is that it requires the pull on the line to hold the clamp shut. Product is well made enough for purpose.

It saved me considerable time and hassle, especially with poorly packed or partially broken pallets that were difficult to reach with a forklift.The clamp is straightforward to use and grips effectively. There’s nothing overly fancy about it, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do—extract hard-to-reach pallets in situations where a pallet jack isn’t available or where pallets are poorly stacked or have fallen in a trailer.For safe operation, it’s best to use a quality strap and clevis to secure the clamp and pull everything to the edge with stability. I used it in a Conex box with a 5-inch rise, but this puller would also be great for full-sized trailers, especially when the driver doesn’t have a working pallet jack. This puller grips from the center of the pallet, ensuring stability and safety, making it a valuable tool for anyone who frequently deals with pallet loading or unloading.

These are very handy to have around. There's always a pallet that you can't quite snag on the forks or you have a trailer you want to stack depth on but you can't drive onto with your equipment. Just hook this up to a chain sling, snag the pallet and drag it out to the edge where you can grab it.Now you can line up and slide pallet stacks into places you can't normally reach with equipment, perfect.

This sucker means business! It is not small or lightweight, and will definitely hold up to the rigors of industrial use. I am a truck driver, who has made plenty of ground drop deliveries without a pallet jack or means to get the delivery to the rear of my trailer. Companies who are accustomed to retrieving their freight use these all the time. They clamp onto the center rail of a pallet, or anything else that can be gripped upon. When a strap or chain is hooked to a forklift or other method of towing, these sorts of devices squeeze very hard on their attachment point and will not let go. This particular product meets every single one of those stanfards and then some. It will always do its job in my opinion.

This is a very good quality pallet grabber. There is a lot to like about it, including the wide jaws, the way the teeth grip, the smooth action, and the quality of build. I'll use this one for lots of chores around the farm including grabbing and pulling pallets, lifting vertical panels with a tractor, and grubbing small trees. This is a very versatile tool and is well built.

My husband is alway dragging pallets off his trailer. This little guy works great and is built tuff. Great grip and well worth the cost.
