This product is definitely high quality and well made. The heavy steel cable is strong enough to retract heavier/larger phones. Easy to apply product as well. The locking carabiner guarantee's it wouldn't fall off and I feel secure enough to use on our ziplining trip.Overall, it is a little bulkier than I expected with a large "cable house". The locking ring is fine, but wish it was more D shaped to get if off/on easier (like from a belt loop).

I have been a ClutchLoop customer for a year now and am SO glad they are on Amazon now! THIS is the original anti theft phone tether, and the only brand I trust to keep my phone safe when I'm at a music festival or in big groups of people. The locking carabiner and steel tether ensure that my phone can't be yanked away or cut free. I love being able to whip out my phone whenever I want to capture photos and videos without having to dig in my bag or pocket and possibly miss the moment. The relief I have that my phone is not going to get stolen is worth every penny that the ClutchLoop costs!! I recommend it 100 times over!

I have lost 2 phones at festivals from getting it stolen. It’s literally the worst feeling in the world, I, no longer have any fear when going out at night to a big club, or to any festival, I just keep my clutch loop on my bedside table, and bring it with me Every weekend, it is the best feeling ever to be able to keep my phone in my pocket and never have to worry about it!!! So worth it!!!! A bunch of my friends got one after I did!!

This retractable phone tether has a locking square carabiner, which attaches to any loop, hook or strap. The steel cable easily retracts, but takes a little effort to pull out. The adhesive loop is strong and needs a closed bottom cell phone case for proper installation.As others have mentioned, it would be great if the cord locked in place after pulling out. This retractable feature does take a little getting used to, but it offers great security for your phone when in crowded or touristy places. The cable and attached clips are strong. Definitely recommend.

Went on a hike up a mountain with tricky paths and my clutchloop was there the hole time holding my phone. My friends were jealous of how easy I was for me to snap pictures and then just throw my phone away while it was still hanging from me!

Nothing wrong with this anti-theft tether but I have one of those thin or low-profile cases with not much room to work around the charging opening of the case so this didn't quite work with this case. I mean I could still use it but the tether tab or anchor made the charging cable less secure and likely to fall out if disturbed. It's just this case does not give me a lot of room to work with and the thick felt inside the case didn't help either, although the strong adhesive on the back of the anchor should have no problem sticking onto it. Other than that, this tether is a very well-made, strong steel line that is adequately long enough, with an easy-to-use metal carabiner and clips as well. I will probably be looking for a new case with a bit more room to work with than my current case to use this kit.
