It says it has updated chip to work in Sawgrass SG 500 and it does not ... If you have a sawgrass and updated your software you CAN NOT use this ink for the machine. it prints a grid over your imagne ..... You have to buy sawgrass ink

Won’t work with my Sawgrass, says used ink and it needs to be replaced ðŸ˜. Will customer service contact me for a refund, the email is not responding. I purchased 2 sets of this ink because the first time my printer drained all the yellow ink because it said it didn’t recognize the cartridge. With the second order it said used ink and won’t go past that.
