I could scream with excitement with how satisfied I am with this purchase! The vibrancy of the colors were everything and more. There was zero bleeding when pressed correctly and the colors held true through each wash. I used materials that are 100% polyester for these results. The price is incredible, the ink was super easy to install and it was way brighter than the last ink I purchased. The picture quality is amazing. I used this in a sawgrass 500 printer. I will definitely be purchasing more soon.

I'm sad to say this ink did not work! I was very excited when I first received the ink because I had used this ink before with my SG400 and have never had any problems with it, and I so loved the cost vs. what I could get through the manufacturer.When it arrived I needed 2 of the colors right away, I put them in and print out 6 or 7 designs and it worked wonderfully. When I got on the computer the next day I started having a lot of problems just getting something to print right, and when I finally got a design to print it had a grid of lines through the whole sheet. If you don't want to waste any money on ink, don't order this.I also checked out a number of other brands and each of them had at least one review that said this same thing. It says that it is for use with the updated chip but I found out the expensive way that it doesn't work with my SG1000 that is only 6 months old and only used a handful of times.

This is the second time I bought this ink. Something was changed with the cards, but they no longer work. I just installed them and as you can see from the photo, the only color that registers is yellow. And even then, it says it’s at 86%. I ordered these in advance of running out so I wouldn’t be without ink, and now here I am… With four cartridges of ink that do not work and out of a bunch of money. But the return window has closed so I can no longer return them. Super frustrated and done with this company unless they make it right.

I have using this ink for about two years. I can't count anymore how many orders I placed of this same ink. On time I had a problem with the black cartridge and had to return it. But overall, it works perfectly every time with my three Sawgrass printers. Even with the Sawgrass update, I had no problem at all.

You can not use the Sawgrass print utility with these cartridges. A black grid pattern is printed over any graphic that you print out. If you do not have a backup graphic program that you can print through these cartridges are useless. If you use a program other than the Sawgrass print utility then they are ok, I guess. The problem is other programs lack some of the features that are needed to produce crisp and vibrant sublimation prints. If you're sublimating for a business these are crap.

I was so scared to try a different brand of ink for my printer. But I was on a budget and I didn’t want to pay almost $400 for brand ink. This ink printed soooo beautifully. I am very impressed. I will continue to purchase this ink, and only this ink. Also I read reviews that says it doesn’t work. It 100% worked for my sawgrass sg1000. I am very happy.

I like that they were much less expensive. Little learning curve to print without using the sawgrass print utility but if you use Adobe products you can print fine through them. Sawgrass app puts a watermark on the prints.
