There are two types of washers included and I used the black one only in my pressure sprayer attachment. Also found that these work well as a method to direct my garden hose sprayer higher in the house than any other type of reasonably priced spray tip. In both applications I had no leaks at the nozzle attachment. If you use these with bleach rinse well after use to avoid corrosion. I am happy with these and recommend them.

The item is advertised as a solid brass connector. It is not a solid piece of brass, it is really a two piece brass connector. The barb is a single piece and the threaded ring is a second piece, see picture. Advertising is misleading as all product photos show it as a solid brass piece and item description and title identify it as a solid piece. However, in the video they show it is actually a two piece - but who would watch the video for a simple fitting such as this..?

Best way to use all those 1 gallon pressure tank sprayers that die after 2 0r 3 uses. I connect the existing sprayer hose to this hose connector then screw it to a "quick connect and use my cheap 24 volt cordless pressure sprayer to reuse those tanksToo bad everything is getting more and more expensive
