Lovely crepe pan. I used it today and was very impressed. It works wonderfully with my induction top. Great for the price.

This is now my go-to pan for making grilled sandwiches, pancakes, eggs and omelettes. The only issue I have is that my electric range has sensi-temp coils on the range-top which means you need a heavy enough pan to cause them to push down or else your pan will sit unevenly on the coils. This pan is not heavy enough to do that, thus you have to prop the handle up to compensate for the tilt of the pan in order to get eggs and pancake batter to spread evenly on the pan itself. Not a real big deal, not worth dropping a star for it. The quality and price of this pan is worth that minor inconvenience.

This pan works on an induction cooktop as it states. The only problem I had is the element is large, but not as large as this pan so any food at the edges doesn't cook. I tried an omelet and ended up having to push all the eggs into a heap in the middle to get them to cook so it was more like scrambled eggs. I think with something like pancakes or crepes, it would be fine since those things will be more centered.I had some trouble with assembly. The screw that came on the pan refused to go in anymore than halfway leaving the handle very loose. Thankfully they included a second screw in a bag. Also the spreader came in two pieces and the handle would no go into the hole on the spreader since it was the same size as the hole. I had to sand it down and hammer it in. I still wouldn't trust it not to fall apart in the pan. I just swirl my pan around right after pouring the crepes and that method works just as well.

I love it works good made delicious crêpes for my granddaughters. They enjoyed every bit of it.

I had an invasion of hungry grandkids and used this lightweight but heavy-duty pan for making towers of Swedish pancakes – they came out better than with my heavy cast-iron pan that had become too heavy for my "grandma arms". It was easy to put on the handle, and it is even easier to clean it! So – grandkids and grandma are HAPPY!

Bought this crepe pan for my sister who used it for Easter Sunday Brinch and she Loved it. She made a lot of crepes for the entire family, filled with strawberries blueberries and whipped cream. They came out perfect and everybody Loved them and this crepe pan with its silver stone non-stick finish made the clean-up super easy and fast. It makes the perfect gift for any household that doesn’t have a crepe pan. Definitely recommend to buy this crepe pan.
