Had tried a different brand and could not get it snap in. On the third try (female, age 73) I heard it snap in place. It is tight. Will not try a cheaper brand again.

Perfect fit on my 2001 Silverado. Snapped right into place with no issues. Looks like the original at a fraction of the price.

Basically frightening to use. It's odd. Like depth perception and all is ... Weird. You'll drive over curbs or something.It's objects may appear closer but also distorted in one box. I dont get it. Lol but you're best off paying more for something else.

Well the mirror looked like the one I needed, but it does not have the spot for the two wires to connect, also was a little hard to get popped in, I thought I was going to break it, I assume those two wires may be for a heated mirror? I tried moving the new mirror with the button and it worked, I just left those 2 wires off, if the new mirror had that would be perfect, I think I like this more than the other options I seen that was just the glass, this one has the back plate made on it and that's the best way to go, so it seems to work on my 2004 Chevy truck passenger side, just no spot for the 2 wires to connect

It works for what it is. Yes, it is a bit distorted when installed, it does not have the thick plastic edge as the original does and it does not have the connector holder on the back as the original has. So the very long wires will bounce around. It is missing a feature that has been stated. I would buy it again but I would consider others first.

This was so easy to install I thought I had to have done it wrong. Nope - Literally just pushed into place, done and done. Have driven off-road and been on the highway many times since, it is definitely in place. Auto parts store wanted $55 for the same part. (I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and got the mirror with backing.)
