Arrived intact and when promised. The instructions needed several readings and the unit manipulated several times and then it was completely clear. Nice waterproof laminated review sheet to remind you of which button to press, when you want to do what.I particularly liked that when the reading of the water EC exceeded microsiemens it automatically changed units to milisiemens. This caused confusion at first ( distilled water read a higher number than my salty well water) until I noticed the unit change.The print is really small for old eyes but the different mode designations show up on different parts of the screen so I have become used to recognizing that. I think it is going to be everything I need and expected in accuracy and will update review after using it for more than just a day.

This is a superb bit of kit.Comes in a bland medical looking plastic box but that does a great job of keeping everything tidy. You don't get this for the looks I guess.The kit is really easy to use. It includes calibration solution so you can trust what you are seeing.Great bit of kit for keeping an eye on hydroponics.The device is well made with a backlit easy to read screen.There are plenty of videos on their website for instruction.
