We have had a gazebo from Lowes for years and every single summer without fail I have to purchase a replacement top because it always rips. This year is the first time that a replacement top has lasted the entire summer. in fact I am getting ready to put all of my deck items away for the season and it is in such great shape that I am looking forward to being able to use it again next season. It is a perfect fit and held up extremely well in the elements. I am very happy with this purchase and when I need to order another replacement canopy I will be buying this one again.

We purchased our gazebo 3 years ago. And that's about how long the original top, that came with the gazebo, lasted.Where we have our gazebo, it's in the full Georgia sun almost all day long. So I am sure that's why it dries out so quickly.My wife is 60 years old and was able to take off the old ripped top and replace it with this one all by herself. Easy on a non windy day.Once she got the center around the top frame part of the air vent, she only had to adjust it around to the ends to pull the hold tabs over the frame ends.Her only complaint is that they don't mark what side is the 10' and what side is the 12'!! If there was some type of marking, she couldn't find it.So, of course she did have to twist it around (a little frustrating).The last corner was a bit tough to pull on but, the canvas is tough and with a little more pulling with that one, it went on easier than she thought.The air vent cover was a bit tougher. Can't get in the right position to tug that last corner. But, she just tugged and tugged until the material loosened a bit more and got it on. Yes, she said her arms were so tired and sore afterwards.Sure enough, about a week or two after getting the cover on, hurricane Irma comes!! They were calling for 50-70mph winds here in Ga. We knew there was no way just having the side curtains tied open, that a huge canopy, and steel frame, wouldn't get destroyed or the winds getting under it and lifting the entire gazebo that would most definitely destroy the entire gazebo frame. She just replaced that top!So, up on a ladder she went again. Easily popped off the bottom edges and lifted the cover over the upper air vent. (left the air vent cover on)Took about 10 mins to take the cover off.Next day, after Irma passed and winds were down to a breeze, we had the cover back up and secured in about 20 minutes.Because fabric was already loosened a bit, the corners were a lot easier to slip into the pockets.So, anyone who lives in an area where you can't leave the canopy top on year round, it's really easy to take off and put back on when you're ready.Besides not having the sides marked with what side is 10' and what side is 12', she hates how flimsy the screening is around the vent cover.She did rip the original screen when we first put the gazebo up not realizing how flimsy that screen is. They don't give any extra length on that upper screen part. So trying to carefully attach the velcro fron the top air vent to the top cover part is very time consuming and frustrating to do.Even if they left that screen part so thin and flimsy, they could at least add 1/2" of screen to make this part easier.So, for those two bad things with this cover, I had to take off 1 star.

I stopped after installing this replacement top to review it since I’m so impressed. I know how difficult these things can be, and I’m very impressed about how well it fits, the quality of the material, and the ease of installation. I’m handy, and this took 30 minutes to install. I don’t often write any reviews, but I thoroughly endorse this product.

Product is thinner than the original. But works very well. It was the typical installation as the original. The top surprised me though as instead of the net just hanging down, they added Velcro to the screen and the main top. Making it seal better, keeping the bugs out. Nice touch! The top doesn't leak so far, as we have used it under heavy rain. Water beads off well. Great price for a replacement top. I'll buy this again, next time it needs to be replaced.

I’ve ordered a replacement before and it was to big and did not last more than about 8 months. This replacement is made of strong material, looks better and fits perfectly! Would definitely buy again!

Topper and main cover attach via velcro and can adjust the tightness fit. Has had heavy rain and wind with no issues. Curtains shown are original, just purchased the top in grey and it matches great. I am satisfied and would buy again.

Le quedó perfecto al gazebo, tenÃa mucho pendiente de que no quedara porque no habÃa una especificación de compatibilidad en las descripciones de los productos, lo elegà por el tamaño del gazebo y por escoger más o menos el modelo que tenemos en casa

Easy to put on. Came with the very top bit.After 2 weeks we are noticing pin size holes developing.
