Price was right, the color is nice, it did fit our Alan & Roth Gazebo, was easy to install, BUT it has open grommets all the way around it, abt the size of a US quarter. No where in any picture or description did it say these were present. I buy these to keep weather out while I sit, not so they can allow rain in. I'm really not sure what the point of the grommets is, but I absolutely would not have purchased had that been made clear up front. They go all the way around the perimeter of the top. Too much hassle to return. Other than that, the quality and look seems nice.

The fit is pretty snug as others have noted, but you want that so it doesn’t flap and tear.The secret to getting it on is to find the corner that has a sewn in fabric “handle†and start at the opposite corner first, then do the two other ones next, then the one with the handle last. To get enough slack on the last corner go to the middle of the gazebo (where the top opening is) and pull the fabric towards the last corner. Work from the fabric from the middle to that corner, pulling it about every foot or two as you move to the corner.The reason I docked it a star is that the mesh on the top panel doesn’t attach to the main panel so it’s not very neat looking when seen from above. (You can see that from our living room since our backyard slopes down away from the house so the gazebo is effectively one floor lower.) (There are tie downs for the smaller top panel to attach it to the main large panel but nothing for the mesh.). I suspect all of the cheaper non-factory replacements are like this however.All-in-all this was a good value and would buy it again

I bought this as a replacement for my Allen & Roth 12x10 gazebo. Upon inspection, it seemed nice enough, but after installing, the fit was just a tad loose. It also had unexplained grommet holes around the top which allowed rain/snow to come through into the area we wanted protected from weather. We have been using this since early spring and by winter, the entire thing is ripped and useless. We finished ripping the canopy off and threw away. Did not hold up good in direct sunlight and material was garbage.

I like that it has a stretch tab for one of the corners, but I wish I had stretch tabs for all four corners. The ones in the past of lasted three years so I’ll be able to gauge the true quality of this three years from now.

Fits perfectly. It isn't waterproof, my old one felt like it was plastic coated inside, this is just cloth.Works like I want, shade from the blistering sun.Price was good, and delivery was in a couple days.Probably going to order another to have as a spare down the road.

Just make sure you have a saw with a metal blade to cut the last corner off a few inches, no other way to make it fit. Other than that, looks good.
