Got this button for a project and it works great.High quality fit and finish. Plug-in wiring harness plugs on firmly and securely, wires pre-stripped an high quality. Measured dimension matched up with what was advertised.Ring lights up a pleasing red and is uniform, looks good. Light powers up plenty bright with with just 5v so this should work with projects that only have 5v.

Accidentally came across these switches during some upgrades to my old Hot Rod. Wanted LED but most are way too bright. These have and opaque ring that is a neutral color and is backlit with a colored LED so are just right. The guilty is very high and they look great for my application. They are also very versatile since they can be wired as normally open or normally closed and the LED is on its own circuit so can be wired separately. This worked well for two controllers I installed that need to activate an LED separately from the switch to function the way I wanted. Wring them up is also simple since they come with a removable pigtail so no screws or soldering at the switch to deal with and will be simple to replace if one happens to fail. Last but not least, these come in many diameters, body colors and LED colors. Available in latching style and momentary style. I used both on my project. I will definitely be using these on future projects as well.

Very well made, can be adapted to function how you want (the best part). I wired mine to light-up when the device is on.

I used this switch to power on some USB ports for my truck. It works well once you figure out the wiring. Let me help everyone out here with the wiring so you don't have to seek out a mental health specialist to get you going.Black = Negative / GroundBlue = Normally Open ContactGreen = Positive from BatteryRed = LED + PowerYellow = Normally Closed ContactSo to make the LED light up, you need to connect that red wire to:Green = LED always onBlue = LED on when depressedYellow = LED on when not depressed.That should save everyone a lot of time as the instructions might as well be in Chinese.Just a reminder that this thing is only rated at 5amps. If you need to draw more than that you will need a relay to pull that off with this switch.

As others have stated instructions are a bit wonky. Once I got a chance to use my meter it was actually very simple to figure out. These are replacing 2 toggle switches in an older car used for interior and exterior lighting. Placement was always horrible and the switched would get bumped and broken off. These are flush and no longer in the way. weight and feel of these switches make them appear to be well made.

This is a very good looking led switch. It is a very good working switch. It was very easy to follow the instructions and make this switch work how i needed it to work with my 20 inch cree led light bar. I made it light up when the light bar is on. You can make it stay on The light bar came with a wire harness and a switch but it was very ugly. The only 2 problems i had was its hard to find a 16mm drill bit so i had to take a half inch and use my dremel to reem it a bit.The second problem was i did not purchase more the first order because the instructions were a tiny bit intimidating. But now that i know how easy they are to install it will be my new go to switch for anything i wire up. I saw they even have momentary ones as well. And they have black switches. And all of them light up lots of different colors. I recomend this switch and recommend this seller.

I bought one of these TWO YEARS ago to wire up a switch for fog lights on my vehicle. I was a bit skeptical to purchase one but the price was right and it was what I needed for the job.It’s been two years so far and I’m still so happy with the purchase. The button itself still has a nice, quality “click†to it every time I switch my lights on or off and the little LED ring around the button is still as bright as the day I installed it. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.5 stars!
