I had gotten one of these a while back for a family friend in Mexico he uses it at night to catch fish in the rivers, it's nice and bright has different modes, the battery last nice and long, under the water it shines about 20 feet nice, he liked it so much I then got one for his son so now theyr both gonna catch some fish with it! They like that it has a strap attached You get a nice diving flashlight for a good price would definitely recommend!

Bought two for my kids for night diving (Mantas!) in Hawaii. The lights are machined aluminum with a double O-ring that came lubed. If you are a diver, you likely have a tube of silicone grease (if not, it is a useful add to a save-a-dive kit). A couple hours in the charger and they were good to go for three full dives. These are slightly brighter than my 900 lm primary light, with a cool white light, and much smaller - they fit easily into a kid's hand. Came with a good wrist lanyard and the battery indicator around the toggle switch is a great feature (as is the blinking mode should you come up away from your boat). We had these down to around 100 ft (33m) with no leaks and the narrow beam was great for poking into crevices for shrimp and octopi (there's enough side illumination to light the area around the main beam sufficiently). My son dropped his twice on the boat ramp pavement with no dings. Users should note the light will get warm/hot in the air - it is a dive light and meant to be water cooled. I would not use this as a standard toolbox flashlight. On the whole an outstanding dive light at a great price point. I'm buying one for myself to have as a backup for my BCD pocket.

I can't say enough good things about this dive light. It is way smaller then my old UK1200 halogen and by far brighter with 2/3 less weight. It is very durable and I am planning to purchase a second one because I love it so much. It also gives you a battery 🔋 indicator around the switch green, yellow, then red! If you need a lot of light while wreck diving, cave diving, or night diving this is a great option all the way around. I also recommend you purchase a second rechargeable backup battery so between dives on your surface interval you can swap out and have another hour dive on the reef or wreck with 100% fresh batter for your next dive. Very quick and easy to change out a fresh battery on your way to the next dive location while your switching to your new air tank. Very happy with this light! I will include a photo of my old light with this new one you can see that major difference in the light! I also recommend you purchase from Amazon a Boomerang retractable tether midgrade weight tether. Not their smallest tether, midgrade retracts the dive light much better. You will love the two together!

The beam was so bright and smooth I decided to purchase an identical second Aplos dive light. Note, this light is advertised as a Scuba Diver's Torch.Prior to our upcoming dive trip Saturday, I decided to take all my dive lights and put them in a 5-gallon bucket to make sure all batteries were going to last the duration of our night dives. Both Aplos AP-150 lights ran on highest setting for about 75 minutes. However once removed from the water, each of them showed moisture behind the lens. Now, after having recharged the batteries, the lights no longer have 3 settings plus SOS mode. Now they have low and high only. THEY WILL NOT TURN OFF. As soon as you put the batteries in and the springs connect, the light comes on, even though the rotary switch is in the Off position. We can not take these on our dive trip with us, as they have already flooded in 12" of water.

I used this last summer across multiple days swimming in a 15ish foot deep swimming hole my family frequents while we are camping. The water is fed by a creek and it can be quite murky. But my cousins and I had a really good time swimming down deep with fins and collecting quarts pebbles with the light! And it’s still working! I charged the battery in my car in between the days we used it. Never had it die on me and we were at the swimming hole for a few hours each time

I'm always leery of diving lights that I buy from Amazon for a couple of reasons, but I decided to try these out (and not rely on them as a primary or secondary until tested) but I WAS IMPRESSED.Review:1. Ease of use: I actually really like the button placement and the depth of pressure means you *probably* won't turn it on accidentally or switch it on in a pocket underwater(If using a clip, only attach to one side of the bottom. Throw away the silly little lanyard)2. Battery life: unit came with a 3000MHA battery and it's actually pretty close! (Surprisingly). I got 4 HOURS on high, and it was only beat by my other light running a true 3500MHA battery3. Quality: this is actually a true anodized aluminum tube not plastic so it should be pretty good to go even for depth below 100fswExtras: the silicone lube is nice and necessary to prevent leaks, the charger (as expected) is basically useless. Throw it away and use a quality charger and you shouldn't have any issues overcharging the battery. To be fair this is something I do with any "freebie" lithium ion battery charges.

This is a very well made light. It is super bright!!! The wrist strap is a nice feature while diving. The on/off button is easy to operate with and without gloves. I recently used it diving a lake, and had no problems. It’s super bright and I’ll be tossing out my old one. It comes with a wall charger and the battery is removable. This is a nice feature as you can buy an extra battery if you need extra run time (or the battery goes bad). I’d recommend this to a friend and would purchase again. I might actually need to buy another one as my son likes it so much!

Have not had this in the water yet, but it certainly meets all expectations. Comes complete with battery (18650), charger, cable, and even an extra set of o- rings. Small, so it should make a great back up light and very bright. Great light for the price (just ordered a second).

I purchased 2 of these dive torches, and took them freediving from pre-sunset -- testing both day and night. Brightness and battery life are pretty good. I rinsed them off at home and left them on until their respective batteries ran down -- took way longer than expected.I had these tied and tucked into my weight belt, and pulled out one or both as needed. Need to find a way to mount them to my GoPro stick, so they illuminate what the camera sees. Much easier than having a torch in one hand and a camera in the other, especially when most freedivers need a hand free to equalise their sinuses.Remember to thoroughly rinse dive torches in fresh water after using them in salt water (some people report they stop working, if you don't rinse them)I always find batteries discharge quickly and recommend recharging your GoPro and dive torches on the day you intend to dive!

Hat Unterwasser im Salzwasser gehalten. Licht ist schon hell. Geht besser, aber für die einfache Anwendung und keinerlei Probleme bin ich zufrieden
