Overall, I would highly recommend this electric pallet jack. It is powerful, and has done everything I have asked of it. I have used this for 4-8 hour shifts over 2 days between charges moving 2000lb+ carts in and out of an enclosed trailer and throughout facilities. I have only encountered 2 problems so far:1. Upon arrival, the chain in the handle had a loop in it which made it impossible to connect to the unit when installing the handle. I had to take the plastic cover off the handle and remove the chain, undo the loop, then feed the chain back through and reassemble the handle.2. The roller pin that the lowering lever pivots on slipped out of the hole a couple times. Replaced with a bolt and nylock nut and haven't had a problem since.

I purchased mine March 23rd 2024. I’m very happy with my purchase. I use it daily to load and unload my semi trailer and it works great. It can handle the stated weight. The battery stays charged an incredibly long time. I needed to make a couple adjustments and Apollo sent me clear instructions on how to make the adjustments promptly. I recommend the pallet jack and the seller. The picture shows a double pallet of chemicals approx 3700 lbs lifted up and ready to roll

I work for Renewal by Andersen as an Inventory Specialist and we have purchased two pallet jacks from Apollo Forklift in the last 2 years. We abuse the heck out of these pallet jacks day in and day out with minimal issue. We are constantly moving 2k-4k lb pallets / carts and these pallet jacks are more than happy to handle what we throw at them. We recently had our oldest pallet jack run into some issues of the motor being limited to a specific speed and the Apollo Forklift service team was quick to respond with information pertaining to maintenance as well as how to fix the issue we were dealing with. Their service team diagnosed the issue via email in a very timely fashion and we were able to purchase the needed part. They provided a manual that walked through the process of replacing the new part we purchased and provided extra assistance regarding the actual function of our pallet jack. If you're looking for a pallet jack company that does it right, look no further than Apollo Forklift as they will be sure to take care of you!
