I loved my new electric pallet jack. Easy to maneuver inside the freight trailer. Able to moved pallets of 25 hundred pounds easily.The power of the battery last for a decent time.I removed the side wheel stoppers because they didn't work for me. I also removed the safety feet protection because I needed more ratio turn.

The pallet jack did arrive to us about 1/3 off the pallet that it was shipped on but all the parts were there and seem to be just fine. The instructions to put the pallet jack together in English are very poor. If you sell enough of these in the USA at least find someone that can write proper instructions. There are things that you have to learn all on your own about the jack because they are not in the instructions. I hope it last for us.

This jack does not have the battery strength to lift and 1100 pound pallet that it was advertised to be able to do!!

We bought an electric pallet jack 2 years ago. Unit failed after ± 4 months. Error code 40. We ran through the troubleshooting and told Apollolift the issue. They told me to do this, do that (with youtube video). We were able to resolve the issue.Only ±6 months later, new issue, this time error code 80.. Went through the troubleshooting again, but contacted Apollolift that a commericial product like this should not fail 2x this soon. Got unit to work again.Then only ±6 months later, unit failed yet again - and again error code 80 ! This time, couldn't fix it and where Apollo Lift told usI needed a new motor - and we had to buy it. We told them the unit started having this issue while it was still under warranty though. We had to leave 3 voice messages until finally was able to get a hold of them again on the phone and where again, they told us we needed to buy new motor.We definitely were not going to spend more money on a piece of equipment that already failed 3x in 1.5 years !! (only to fail again ??) And while we do not use our pallet jack that much, when we need it , we need need - clearly.Called up Northern Toyotalift and bought to buy an electric pallet jack from them as (a) they have outstanding service and (b) their equipment doesn't even fail like the Apollolift. While my Apollolift unit was just under $3K, where the Northern Toyotalift unit was just under $4K. Should've bought that one right out of the gate.Horrible service and lousy product. I feel like in the movie "Wolf of Wall Street", but on the receiving end. Unscrupulous company with unscrupulous people. A bit of an expensive lesson ($3K) but good riddance Apollolift guys !PS: at the time of sending in this review, I have brought this up to the Attorney General's office because in my opinion, either I got, a lemon or else their equipment in general is cheapo. Is being followed up by the AG's office. Hope you don't have the same headache....
