When the unit arrived, the hydraulic piston was extended past the retaining pin. It needed to be compressed down using a crowbar in order to get the control handle in position so that its retaining pin could be installed.FYI, width of each fork is 6 inches, lowered height is 2.56 inches, maximum height is 6.5 inches.Other than the control handle issue, the quality quality And door ability of the unit appears to be good.

Assembly instructions (attaching the handle to the base) are inaccurate, possibly an older version or a different model. A mechanically-inclined individual completed assembly in 30 minutes.
