Ordered this because it was more affordable than just a fan blade for true products. I decided not to use the motor, because I replaced my motor just a couple months ago, but I'm sure it would fit. The fan blade fits fine and it's working great. We'll see if it breaks like the last 2 blades I got🙄 (they were True products)

Our refrigerator fan went out, but the compressor was still running. So, for $35, I figured that I should try to fix it. This is a universal fan motor with a couple mounting options. The 3 holes in the back were perfect matches and the screws from the other fan fit. I pulled the blades off the old fan, centered it on the motor shaft and installed it with no issues. Please note that there are no instructions. I tested continuity to case to find the ground (yellow and green on this one) I spliced the others it in, plugged it into a power strip and flipped the switch. It spun and came to life. An hour later I had a cool freezer and after a night it was 0 degrees F. If you need to use the supplied blades, it may take a minute. They are stamped aluminum and they are just laying in the box. Mine was slightly warped, But I can see them getting mangled in shipping. This motor was delivered quickly and worked out well for us. Good luck.

This replaced a fan on a True Mfg GDM fridge. I had to use all the components as nothing was interchangeable and in the end, that was not an issue.The fan was too flat. I had to bend all the blades into a more aggressive angle to get better airflow. The mounting bracket was a little whimpy but holds the fan without issue. The motor itself appears to be well made, sealed properly and runs quiet.Bedsides the little issues note........... I Recommended it to anyone.

The part was not as described. The part is much smaller than described. When the part arrived we noticed that it would not work for our purposes. If it would have been described properly, it wouldn’t have wasted energy, effort, and time.

It’s not quiet. It doesn’t handle shipping very well. It is a thin aluminum fan in bubble-wrap shipped floating in a box with a copper-and-ferrous motor. Straighten the fins the best you can without distorting the pressed-in reinforcement bends and see if you can get it to vibrate less.But it’s doing the job for a very low price!

Motors only lasted little over a month then failed . Ordered original motor from manufacturer unit is still running. I guess I should not have tried to go cheap for the repair.
