I got my mat yesterday and it works! It keep my fusible fleece off my iron. I was able to fuse what needed to be to the fleece and the mat still looks unused!

This worked great for ironing fusible appliqués and for ironing fusible grid quilting projects to keep the sticky fusible stuff off my iron. Excited to use it more!

Prevents adhesive from getting on the ironing board cover and iron when using a fusible for fabric. It is a MUST for doing that kind of work.

I'm using it for applique. So far it's been working fine for me. The mat is not completely see-through (it's a white-ish mat), but I could still see the applique "map" below the mat, so that does make the assembling of the fabric pieces much easier. Happy so far.

I do lots of applique and this is the best pressing sheet on the market. My mother in law only uses this one and she does even more applique than I do. It's great quality and and a great addition to your sewing room. A must have for any applique work.
