I have a 2019 Tacoma. I broke a sensor while replacing a damaged rear bumper cover. The truck warned me that rear sensor system was defective. The three red xs made me think several sensors were damaged, so I bought this package of four sensors. Only one was damaged.I started with the most obviously damaged sensor. I pulled the license plate light and accessed the sensor from that point. Make a note of how the sensor is positioned. I ended up damaging the retainer on the old sensor because I pushed the sensor into the bumper and pulled it out from behind so I could get to the connector. Not to worry, the new sensor has a retainer. With the connector accessible, I used needle nose visegrip pliers to keep the latch on the plug depressed while gripping the plug at the same time. The plug wire wouldn't fit through the bumper cover. I partly inserted the sensor through the bumper cover while attaching the plug on the wire at the same time. With the wire attached I rotated the sensor and popped it in place. The truck recognized the sensor and the warnings stopped. The backup alert system seems to work fine and I have three spare sensors.I did not price price sensors at the Toyota Dealer but if they price them like the bumper cover, they will be expensive. All said and done I am happy with my result

No issues. Worked perfect. Was nervous that it might not work with my 2021 OR, but plugged it up, and works just like OEM. So crazy how OEM is 10X as much and this part works great.

These worked perfectly. They have the same part # as the Toyota part.

These actually worked perfectly. Dont spend the money buying OEM when you can replace them much cheaper. Back up sensors alerted just like the OEM brand. Connections fit perfectly. This was used on a 2016 Toyota Tacoma

I used them to replace 2 faulty sensors on rear middle of bumper of 2016 Toyota Tundra. They look EXACTLY like the factory sensors I took off. I installed them and plugged them in in under 30 minutes. That was taking my time. Turned the truck on and the sensors are working again. WAY CHEAPER than buying them from Toyota. Just put them on today, so we'll see how long they last. I can buy 4 of these for a 1/4 of the price for 1 from Toyota.

Worked perfectly on 2018 Tundra 1794 edition. All four sensors were nicely packaged, & all were sealed and new. No calibration was required after installation. I only had one faulty sensor but it's nice to have spares on hand for this price. I think the dealer is asking $250+ for an OEM sensor.

I've tried several things and no result.Even used contact spray cleaner, still nothing. The sensor is so much lighter than the original that it probably has nothing inside.Watch out. Amazon also is not showing refund/return options for my order from 5 days ago.

I wouldn't exactly say an easy install but that's not the fault of the sensors, that's the Truck design. They seem to work just as OEM would.
