Old motor bolts on perfectly. Also perfect alignment in a 2005 C240 driver side door. Holes for new pop rivets lined up with no issues whatsoever. Only drawback is that some of the pieces that were metal on the original are plastic on this item. For example where the cables run into the cable conduits a plastic cover is used instead of metal. I don’t see this being a problem, but just an FYI.

Although the regulator assembly is the same on all W203, there are two different clip mechanisms that secure to your window glass. This one is a clamp with rubber gasket and a bolt. The prior version has a separate plastic insert that tends to break. It's best to open up your door panel and verify which style regulator you have. I made a mistake of buying the previous version and had to swap out the mechanism. It ended up messing up the steel cable and the regulator gave out again after a couple of months. This one is solid and feels very much like the original OEM equipment.

Spent 4 hours to install and worked a couple of time. Then basically stop working. JUNK. Don't buy. I purchased the Mercedes Benz window regulator and works like a champ.

Installed and worked like a charm. Quality feels good and honestly I couldn’t tell the difference between the original and this one. It was my first window regulator replacement and was simple enough. For the price it’s a good buy. Ita been about 2 months of regular use and still going strong.

Even though it's made in China, it works well for half the price of OEM. Not sure how long it will last.
